"Our experience with SoAZ Pools was excellent. We had looked at several builders before SoAz Pools and everyone else did not seem interested or were less than professional in the bid phase. Met with Matt and it was a breath of fresh air. He was very helpful in the design process and gave us way more information than other builders did. Construction Superintendent, Steve, was amazing to work with. He really knows his stuff and helped sort out a water drainage issue we had due to the grade in the yard. Steve is a busy man but was always available to answer questions, stopped by often or was present during major work and was always fun to have a discussion with. He was able to get from the dig to Shotcrete fast so that we could beat some monsoon weather and not have a potential collapse issue. Site prep and layout started on August 27th and the pool was full of water and usable on October 29th! The various work crews did amazing work. We are extremely happy with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend SoAZ Pools!"

"We are beyond happy to have trusted SoAZ Pools as our pool builder. Our backyard Oasis is even better than we imagined. Our initial contact at SoAZ Pools was Matt Miller. Matt was very personable and professional, as well as patient with our many questions and concerns, and put us at ease from the get go. Matt listened to all of our expectations and created a beautiful rendering of exactly what we asked for! Once they broke ground, we were introduced to Steve Minor, SoAZ Pools Construction Superintendent. Steve was absolutely fantastic through everything. He was totally hands on and kept us updated on all progress and happenings. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was timely and ran smoothly. No detail was left untouched or unnoticed by him. Steve would oversee all work, inspections, clean up and would not be satisfied until we were 100% satisfied. We appreciated his insights and suggestions about our landscaping during the build and we’re happy we took his suggestions when making our landscaping decisions. It was truly a pleasure working with and getting to know Steve. Lastly, we wanted to shout out Itzel Rodriguez for our Friday emails letting us know what was coming up and when to expect it each week. "Can’t thank SoAz and their amazing team for achieving our backyard dreams! With our small and award backyard we didn’t think we could fit a pool. With the help of Matt he made that possible by allowing us to visualize our thoughts. Braun was nothing but communicative, friendly, and responsive anytime I had a question. Please note that SoAz did design our pool and landscape, but did not install landscape portion. We have a close friend that has a company and because we had previously gone through him with our landscape we wanted to stay loyal."
